"After over 15 years as a customer, once we actually needed insurance due to an accident, we get cancelled. Our agent Sandy refused to return our phone calls so we changed all of our policies. Our home and 4 automobiles. l would NOT recommend this State Farm Ins. company as we found homeowners insurance at half the price elsewhere."
"I'm sorry to see your review. While I cannot go into your specific situation, I can say that this office does not determine who or when a customer gets cancelled. A policy is generally not cancelled for just an accident, and there would be more to the situation. I can say that there were multiple phone calls attempting to both keep you up to date, as well as calls to corporate in an attempt to get the decision appealed. In no way was any request for a returned phone call "refused". I'm sorry we were not able to continue your insurance, despite our best efforts, and wish you the best."
